Abstract
This research was conducted to examine the effect of compensation and work environment variables on employee work productivity. The object of this research is a company managed by PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Galuh, Tapung, Kampar, Riau. Sampling using probability stratified sampling. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Nusantara V Plantation in Sei Galuh in 2019, as many as 348 people. While the determination of the number of samples is determined by the Slovin formula as many as 78 people. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression method. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and influence of compensation and work environment on employee productivity at PTP Nusantara V Sei Galuh. This study found that compensation has a very significant effect on work productivity, and the work environment also has a significant effect on work productivity. It can be concluded that compensation and work environment can be used as tools and methods to increase employee productivity in the company.
